Mid-Atlantic Raid on Fort McHenry, Maryland – (sub)Urban Assault!! June 20-21
Here’s what I’m Proposing:
On the Evening of June 20th, a Raid by British Motorcycle Enthusiasts on The Gentlemen’s Clubs of North Point Boulevard and Beyond, to Show that although Demoralized at North Point, Arguably the Back Breaker of The Battle of Baltimore during the War of 1812, the English Carry On.
At Noon, On June 21st, A Raid by more British Motorcycle Enthusiasts on Fort McHenry, defender of the city of Baltimore Maryland during the war of 1812, Home of The Star Spangled Banner and cursed Internment Camp for Confederate Soldiers as well as a Large Number of Maryland politicians when Abraham Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus During the Early Days of the American Civil War!
The Raid on Fort McHenry will start at My Residence, continuing Over the Majestic Francis Scott Key Bridge, leading to The Time Honored “Daniel’s†for Lunch. The Raid will then Continue On to Fort McHenry. After Visiting the Fort, we will Continue through the City of Baltimore, Beginning a 3 to 4 hour Ride through the Beautiful Horse Country of Northern Baltimore County, staying Just South of the Mason-Dixon Line (by The Grace of God), Complete with 3 or 4 Stops along the Way, Including The Union Hotel and Big Fall’s Inn.
Space IS Limited, But All Are Welcome, Northerners, Brits and alike, to Take Repast and Slumber at My Home for the Nights of June 20th and 21st, as a Central Hotel or Motel is Not Available. We have 3 Extra Rooms for Couples Desiring a Modicum of Privacy (but not Comfort – we have rooms, not Beds!), 3 Sofas, And Floor Space for Eight to Ten Raiders. There is Also Room for 6 to 8 small Tents.

This is A Fair Weather Event!!
There are Hotels and Motels within 10 Minutes of My Residence, But I Cannot Vouch for Their Safety or Comfort.
