Anyone else have problems with the "Bandit" appropriatly named. Slow to ship and terrible customer service.

slow to ship yes BUT they do have the disclaimer up for Triumph parts stating that shipping will take longer than normal.

Havent had the need to call em up for any service so I cant speak to that.

I bought Triumph touch-up paint from them sometime ago. Took about a month to arrive. I ordered some fork parts a few days ago. I expect the same. I'll only order from bandit if I'm in no hurry.

I just got a valve cover gasket from them, it took about 5 days to ship and 2 days in the mail. I guess I can't complain about that.

Yeah, it took a month or so to get my replacement valves since they had to come straight from Old Blighty, but I don't expect those are stocked much by dealers. If I'm in a hurry I'll call around to stateside dealers to see if they have the part in stock.

I've ordered a few things from them and yes, they are slow to ship even non-Triumph stuff. However, you get a discount if you're an AMA member, so if you're not in a hurry - that may ease the pain somewhat.

More flags More fun!
