I found out one time when I was modifing my pickup with LED turn signals that it caused then to blink really fast also, but I was able to fix it with a standard flaser found in tractor-trailers (semi trucks). Semi trucks will always have different voltage outputs and draws depending on which trailer/s they are pulling (2 lights verse 5 lights, LED verse incondesent, 1 trailer verse 2 trailers, etc.). Anyways, what I'm getting at, these flashers are availible at any truck dealership, this could save you from ordering online and waiting on the mail man.
