i'm fixing jumbo shrimp, wrapped in REAL country bacon[stick with tooth-picks], and cooked slowly under hickory chips, some of the best baby-back and country ribs [8 hours] that you've ever heard rumors about, rubbed this morning with [SPECIAL RUB], fresh corn-on-the-cob, and a lot of misc. STUFF,,,,to make me appreciate the micholob ultra lights. what ya'll fixing?????

Well seeing as how someone doing lawn work today cut the feed line for the cable tv into my house and 5 other houses today, unless Comcast is out here soon, i will be listening to it not watching

capn,,,,you'd make a wonderful "southern'r". if you put that tenderloin on the bottom rack of a smoker,,ribs on top,,let all the "drippings" from the ribs fall on it,,,,yeah buddy!!!!!!

i got a "COOK-SHACK" smoker several years ago,,it's all stainless steel,,VERY high quality,,will [should] last forever. that sucker will sho'nuf smkoke briskets, hams, turkeys,,,,,annnnd RIBS!!i beleive CABELA'S sells them, i got mine locally from buddy who has pool&patio supply business,,about 450-500$. very highly recommended to anyone who's taste runs in this direction...put different types of wood[pecan,apple,hickory] for "taste-treat".

Scots Pie and Boverill , tradition football match fare  really im cooking a venison and sausage cassarole with colcannon tatties and various veggies ,the OL is looking after the rest .got some Guiness, Kilkenny,Sleeman honey brown(best canadian brew ever, well after labatts 50  ) and Bud for them with discerning tastes  . got a mixed bag of peeps here too .2 Germans , a Montreal Scot, a Finn, a Greek ,a couple of Canucks and us 4 Scots .
