Everybody should wear gloves. If you have a spill, you instinctively reach out with your hands to break your fall. What can you do with torn up hands? Very little. My plug for hand protection. I never, ever, ride without them.
Amen to that! I never ride with out gloves myself. Got one for colder weather and vented ones for summer. Vented ones work fine and in fact a good pair of vented gloves will keep your hands cooler.
