Here it's more often than not two fingers, but one is becoming more common.
This guy thought his 'mates' wouldn't snitch. So sad that now to save money the 'Camera SAFETY partnership' employ civilians at the minimum wage to enforce the tickets. Obviously the guy who picked this one up is sick of being exploited.
