What I did when I gutted my stock pipes, I went in from the rear with a re-bar and a hammer and knocked the baffles loose one by one and then i just wiggled them out. (4 baffles total) When you've removed the 4th baffle, the only thing left is the reducer cone (and in my case, the cat converter)

The word "just" is to be taken lightly 'cause it was a pain in the a$$ in the 4th baffle...
