Well, boys and girls, it snowed last night on Monida Pass.

Glad you made it outa here FJ . I was in Bozeman Monday/Tuesday, it snowed all Monday afternoon in Bozo. I watched a group of motocops practicing in an empty university parking lot Monday.

Attrition and life is happening to some SW riders. Good luck to all, have a glass of ale for me kids....

Made it to rally central yesterday afternoon. Got a bit of rain on the way up, but not too bad. Local forecast has a clear and warming trend for the rest of the week, so the riding weather should be great. Dwight made it here about an hour before me.

Sorry to hear Bob can't make it. I hope the Colorado duo can get out of the state with all the snow they got. Already killed the first Black Butte Porter of the week. The fridge is stocked so come on in...the beer is fine.

Robert (Habuba) and I are about ready to hit the road in the next hour. We plan on being in Prescott sometime tomorrow afternoon. See you after we set up camp at Willow Lakes RV park.

320 miles of prarie farmland and nothing else! Kansas, is pretty, but Mapquest sent us through some isollated terrain on two lane road, not going back this way. Looks like we won't make it in until Friday, doubt we'll get close enough by tonight, maybe hit Flagstaff or Holbrook if lucky. Thanks for trying to get me back on the fast lane Derek and Dwight, but the cinderblock hotle was not so bad, better than ditch camping!

Are we there yet? Are we there yet? I am just about ready to leave. My last two classes of the day aren't meeting tomorrow as the seniors took their finals today. So what happens? My principal schedules my evaluation for 3:20 tomorrow. Well, I got it rescheduled for 1:30. I'll be lucky to get to Prescott by 5:30. Oh well, the important part is getting there at all. I will make it!

600 miles down and 500 to go. Boy is not coming. Big hail and wind in Austin. He just finished finals and is staying to do insurance claims. He is a state licensed adjuster and likes money.

I said, so, you want money more than going to AZ. He said "hmm, 15k in 3 weeks or 6 days with you."See you later"

So, I will pick up his shirt so he can wish he came. Be there Friday late. Just stopped at the border NM and Texas.

After an artery-clogging American breakfast Friday morning, I will proceed to escort our foreign guests FunkleHarley and the Wenster to the event destination with alacrity. They successfully acquired two-wheeled conveyance this day. We should arrive early afternoon, so have the red carpet prepared for rollout at a moments notice.

That needs translation!

After a heart attack at breakfast I picked up a wench in the city on my funky Harley after my friends bought a car with two flats.

Maybe I better read that again

We'll be there likely by lunch, letting Judy rest, the trip has been hard on her, about two hours or so away. Stayed in Show Low last night at an old freinds who I didn't know lived so close (thought they were in Pheonix!) So we are taking the scenic back road route.

Take lots of pictures, please.

After the meeting with Becky I am left with a title I can't get out of my head. "The Lost Patrol" Comes to mind.

I can't believe everybody didn't pay attention. I am glad I know we are going to Phoenix.
