One of the better Triumph shops in the area is under new management. It was the only Triumph only shop in the area, but it looks like they are adding Guzzi and Aprilia to the mix. From their website...
RPM CYCLE 2008 NEW YEAR NEWS RELEASE With the end of 2007, a page closes in the history of RPM Cycle and another one opens starting with the New Year. As of December 20, 2007, RPM Cycle's ownership has been transferred to Top Bikes, LLC, a local Dallas venture.
RPM Cycle will continue to operate in a seamless transition as the new owners (Alejandro Romero and Randy Campbell) and Keith Martin (along with Steve Atkins) will work hand in hand during a 30 day period. Afterwards, for an additional 3 months, Keith will continue consulting for RPM Cycle.
This change will allow Keith to eventually devote full time to his long time passion of vintage bike restoration and competition bike setup.
The new management of RPM Cycle recognizes Mr. Martin for his 10 years heading RPM Cycle and will strive to continue with the service excellence and customer commitment that has distinguished RPM Cycle as a prime triumph dealer for the Dallas area.
In addition to the Triumph brand that has characterized RPM Cycle, by early 2008 the Aprilia and Moto-Guzzi brands will be added to the dealership, bringing with this a broader range of products for our current, past and potential new customers.

Keith was extremely knowledgeable in regards to the old Triumphs and Nortons. He built the motor for the "Texas Cigar" and has built of number of race bikes for the salt flats. It sounds like the new owners have a different sort of shop in mind with them bringing in the Italian lines. Hopefully they won't turn their backs on our Triumphs though.

Must be going around. Atlanta Triumph Ducati's website says they have changed hands as well. Supposed to have a grand opening in Feb.

I didn't have a very good experience with the previous ownership. In their defense, they did provide a full refund. Let's hope the new ownership does better. Regards, Tom

Nothing wrong with Aprilla, and Guzzie's.. Also like the Mv Agusta!!
Wish them the best, I am sure they will be quick to figure out that if they dont take care of the customer they will be nothing more then a after thought

I can think of any number of Levi's (wyrm74) daily habits that I would like to see change... Pretty much every habit he has is annoying! I spoke to him last night. Apparently he's out of the ghetto and he's selling houses to the rich folks now, and is doing quite well!
