Jeff yes it is. I've told this story before but here goes, I had bobbed my bike back during the winter of 06 and had no plans on changing it back so I sold all the parts I took off the bike after the project was done. Unfortunately I had to put it back for 2-up riding to keep the wife happy. The triumph fenders I could find where way too pricey for my budget so I did what I could to put it back. The fender came off an 03 Heritage, that I got off ebay for around 50.00 bucks. It was scatched up a bit but I had a guy who could fix it. So that's how I ended up with the Harley fender, it does fit over the 120 tire very well though.
