I don't think the fork widths will quite match, but the HD mount is actually a bit nicer than the Memphis one. Instead of loosening up the allen screws to remove the windshield, you just pull back on a couple of spring clips to lift it off. You never have the problem of the mounts falling off if you forget to tighten up all 4 screws.
