Now 10 years ago, I'd never have classed Hugh Laurie as cool. Since putting on an accent that's so good most people don't believe he's not American, and growing a bit of stubble....

Gina 03 America - Pretty stock - except the TBS wheel... 06 America - missing, presumed in bits. With it's TBS wheel... 09 America - It's very blue....

Isn't there a website dedicated to celebs on triumphs? I know I've seen 95% of those before.

Here's a link to an interview by Moto Euro Magazine with Jay Leno about his relationship with Triumphs including his Rocket III. There's a couple of small pics of it. It's interesting that he tweeked it so that it has 18 more H.P. . As if it really needed more.

Those MINI-SKIRT mob girls lack the proper protective gear. I wish Hollywood would stop influencing the younger generation by encouraging such reckless behaviour.

I have a picture of FJ & Roadie on Triumph motorcycles somewhere around here. They're pretty famous in these parts.

Well, I HATE to nit-pick here, but that Brit who does a pretty good Mid-Western American accent in that TV show o' his, the talented Mr. Laurie, isn't technically "ON" a Triumph in that picture, ya know.

(but I have it on good authority he DOES own and ride a Triumph...good man!)

(HEY...is that a piece of lint I see on your shirt there, Ian???...let me get that for ya, dude!)

My mistake ...I'm Sorry for incorrectly referring to "Famous people ON Triumphs."

What I should have written was "SOME NOTABLE PEOPLE IN RELATIVE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO A TRIUMPH BRAND MANUFACTURED MOTORCYCLE. Does that meet with the standards now?

If not.....forget about this freaking post and someone delete it for me,ok? Geez for a minute I though I had posted in a BMW or HD forum by mistake.

Sorry about that, Bob! But I hope you realize that between the two alternatives you mentioned above, that you were much more likely to also get a lesson on semantics from the BMW riders website than you EVER WERE to get on a H-D website, dude!

(yep...on a H-D website you are much more likely to ONLY get feedback such as..."Gee! That's cool!" over and over and over again!!!...and if that's all you wanted, may I suggest www.welikeharleys.com)

BOB!!! I CALLED MYSELF SILLY!!!(which is pretty much self-evident, ain't it???!!!)

What I was referring to in my admittedly sarcastic response about BMW and H-D riders was that I believe you took my responses much too much to heart for some reason, which I cannot figure out why you did! You took the time to find these great pictures of these stars and everybody including myself appreciate it.

BUT, are we now supposed to bow to these celebrities or something? I don't understand why you think a little levity is so "sacreligious" here.

SORRY!!!
