I had considered an HD, but when it came down to it, the Triumph was better bang for my buck. Seriously, could not afford the comparable HD. Also, go look on Craigs list, and Ebay and your local Cycle Trader. Every freaking bike is either an HD or an asian bike. Very few Triumphs. What does that tell you? They hold their value better too. Look at these guys that buy a dresser fro 20 grand, put 10 grand into accessories, and are now selling them on Craigs list for 9 grand or less. But when it comes down to it with all things being equal, ride each first, then make your decision.
