Being a 02 here is my recomendation
Oil and filter
Fresh gas
brake fluid
brake hoses ( factory says every 2 years I think)
really inspect the tires
clan wax and adjust the chain
lube every cable
plug wires
plugs
fork oil
lube every grease point you can find
and fully detail the bike
the detail will help you to find things you may have missed looking the bike over. Any dry rotted hoses replace, I also recomend puttign a inline fuel filter in just incase.
