Only missed two on the US test...one because I can't recall both of my senators, and how would I know naturalization forms?

I do have issue with a couple questions (one is asked twice):
"Where does freedom of speech come from? - The Bill of Rights"

Wrong. The rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights are all NATURAL rights; listed in the Bill of Rights to keep them protected from government legislation. A subtle but very important difference.
(some of them haven't been protected as well as they should have, and speaking of cases currently before the Supreme Court...)
The question about SCOTUS interpreting law; technically they interpret the Constitution as it applies to contested laws, in order to uphold or strike down those laws - again, a subtle difference.
