I was thinkin about that one too John ,just couldnt remember the name . Anacortes is not too far from Mt Vernon tho. Bob and Z will know better about the WA ferries to the island . Vancouver to Victoria or Nanaimo and vice versa for motor cycle $35 one way 21 for bike 14 for rider (ahem ripoff) . its also around 1.5 hrs sail time i think. good thing tho is M/Cs get on and off first .heres a link to BC Ferries .i expect it will be more expensive too with upcoming fuel surcharges
