OK so just got the bike rejetted and the AI removed on Friday. Got it out today to ride and the first 15 miles or so were great no problems. We got to our destination and started back home. With in 2 miles the bike stalled like I had run out of gas. Thought it was weird cause I had 35 miles on the tracker. Anyway switched to reserve and went about 2 blocks to a gas station. Put about 1 and half gallons in it and started back out.We made a stop for coffee and then got back on the road. With in 5 miles the bike stalled and sputtered again. Pulled to the side of the road and fiddled with the choke and throttle. Got it started again but it stalled out 3 more times with in the next few miles. It back fired a few times and popped. I have fish tails on the bike so it was almost like it was before the re-jetting but different. Does anyone have any opinions? 1- dirt in the tank, when they remove the ai kit do they take the tank off, so there could be dirt in the gas? 2-clog in the fuel line? The bike only has 300 miles on it. 3-  HELP ME PLEASE

What is your setup? Maybe they left a jet loose.

Yes, they pull the tank when to remove the AI. First thing you may want to check is if the over flow tube did not get pinched. It is easy to do when putting the tank back on.
It is underneath the tank. If you pull the tank off, it is the rubber hose that is underneath the tank in the tunnel that goes to the filler hole. When that gets pinched it does not allow any air into the fuel tank and acts like you do not have the gas turned on. Kind of like when you cover one end of a straw.

When I put my tank on after removing the AI exactly the same thing happened to me - to check before removing the seat & tank again I slipped a length of feul hose over the vent tube and blew through it, if you cant then it's pinched

Yes, it would and it is also something that is very common mistake to make.
Rule #1 when trouble shooting, start with the most simplest, easiest things to fix first. More times than not, that will fix it.

When it happens again take the gas cap off. Put it back on,see if it starts. Most likely vent tube as others have stated.

Oy, they've pinched your vent...easy fix, just as stated above.

I vote for the pinched over flow tube as well. Seems a common problem when the tank is put back on carelessly.
