You won't have to change anything else to have your bike run the same as it did before (except the exhaust will pop a lot less). But, while you are there, it would be a good idea to adjust the idle mixture as stated above because the factory adjustment is set very lean. Adjust one side for fastest idle, readjust the idle speed, then do the same on the other side. The engine has to be warmed up for this adjustment to come out right. When summer comes back, do it again, except add about 1/8 to 1/4 turn counterclockwise so it will run a little cooler.
