Yea, I have thought about it. Was it expencive? Both the ideas about the blade and the fender bib came out of me having no money to have stuff custom made.
I'm with you when it comes to doing stuff without dropping a bundle of cash. The bib was not expensive at all (about $50 US), but I asked for something very simple to match the seat. Any special requests, patterns, designs etc could drive the price up, but you would have to ask the vendor about pricing.
As for the wolfs head- That might take things too far, but if you could find a way to do it tastfully it could be cool. Besides, it's your bike- make it yours and forget what anyone else says!
