He's the best isn't he? That whole hand motion thing is a worthy of a doctoral thesis on body language.

While I probably wouldn't buy one of these things Stew, I wonder if they have to put those spring and gaiter "anti-emission" contraptions on all the gas nozzles there in Hooiserville.

You see, here in La La Land, and all points within this state, they are required, and sometimes they are a pain in the !@#$%^&! to use.

In Arizona they're not required, and so when I'm filling up at my other place there, it's a little easier to use the pump.

Well, thank goodness it comes with the FREE WATER-PROOF CARRY BAG...

I would hate for my cuff to get wet.

I believe that's the whole Billy Mays point isn't it? Stuff that only works marginally that you don't need for twice the price.

Well, don't feel too bad there, Mark!

Watchin' that entire video only wasted about a minute of your life's precious time.

(I mean...How do ya think I FEEL sittin' here day after day at this darn stupid keyboard crankin' out these lousy jokes that are all ultimately destined to go nowhere but that black hole around here known as the BA.com Archives???!!!)

Well if your anything like me, you live for this club. In fact, i have this web page open all day and refresh every 20 minutes.

I hear some say that maybe one should try riding more often. Dont know where they get that crazy idea from.

Well, those people MAY have a point, but I've found over the years that tryin' to communicate wistfull...okay...dumb little observations about the "motorcycling life" to others out there is greatly inhibited at 70MPH!!!

(and those darn bugs that'll fly into your open mouth...well...PTUEEY!!! YUCK!!!)

I never listen either but his mastery of the whole body language thing fascinates me.

Actually, I think it IS a great idea, simple. There are nozzles that give problems here and there.

I was about to dismiss it as nonsense until he said the bag has a velcro system! A velcro system, imagine that.

Of course, cheap curmudgeon that I am, I used to just push the rubber boot back enough to trip the safety so the gas would pump. That way, I could see how much was in the tank and stop pumping when it was full. Now that I live in the United States instead of the Republik uff Galifornia, I don't have to deal with that crap.

True, California with the California Air Resources Board standards make it difficult for us bikers to fill up out there. Those nozzles have migrated to my state (Utah) too and about half of all States. I looked it up on Google and looks like they are supposed to be in all states by '09?

What can we glean from all of this ? The BEST part of the entire infomercial was the nice ride to the pump . " c'mon , let's go" , now wasn't that FUN ? And tha tune at the pump , " dancing queen " , yippie ! I placed my order for several to give as gifts at the Spring Ralley .

Hey Wade, if you do end up ordering some of these, just make sure they don't try to pass off one of those wax toilet base rings placed inside that nifty and FREE water-proof carry bag instead!!!

(of course I guess that wouldn't be all that bad if they did....after you'd fill up each time you could also use it to give your tank a good Simonize job too, right?!)
