Gday All
After putting high apes on I needed a longer clutch cable I rerouted the throttle but couldnt do much for the clutch. My triumph dealer was no help and as a last resort I went to the most an old motor cycle wreckers to get something to modify in town.....$25 made a new one to my length. going back with throttle cables as they are $12 each to any length. May even have to go higher bars now lol

Well it's been my experience that if your hands get above your heart they tend to fall asleep, as long as they are below your heart it's comfortable enough. I personally like my bars lower than that. I have my America bars on 4 1/2" risers with 1 1/2" pull back and thats about perfect for me, but that wouldn't be the right spot for others.

I must admit after an hour in the saddle my I am glad to get off have a stretch and get blood flow but while riding i just take a hand at a time off the bars and wiggle the fingers......on nice straight road that is. It feels different to the original but now i wouldnt go back.
