baffle direction

ok, so I know that the "skinny" end of the baffle points toward the header, but what about all the sharp little tabs inside of the baffle? Mine came from JP cycles bent in at a perfect 90 degree angle, so you cant even see down them. I'm guessing they made it that way so you can make your own adjustments. Which way do I bend these? Points toward header or away. Should it "cup" the exhaust flow?

Fold them back to where they came from.


2002 Bandit 1200/ GSXR cams/ 1277 BB Kit/ Holeshot header and can/ 38mm flatslides/ a good head/lotsa hp/lotsa tq- lots of rear tires...
