Having had my fair share of medication for the brain all I can say is that you have my sympathy.
It takes about 3-4 weeks of going onto a new medication before it starts to work efficently. The symptoms you describe sound like the weening off from the zoloft.
If you are no better in a few days you must go back to the doctors and get a referal to a specailist who will put you on a more suitable medication that will take away these symptoms before they reach a point of explosion.
I know that my specialist put me onto a medication called seroquel that was very effective for me for similar symptoms but who knows it it would be for you?
I dont know if you are married but boy I was plain nasty to my family till it was brought under control.
So live in hope and badger the doctors until something gets done that works for you
