Now, I never said SHE wanted me to sell it, she is against it 100%. I never said I was GOING to sell it, was just trying to get an idea of what the folks here thought would be a good asking price (Oh, and BTW Dwight, my fiancee' is worth a LOT more than you offered).
Satxron, you are 100% correct- I am NOT a "Biker". After 22 years on two wheels I think I'm past that particular moniker, PLUS I don't like the Village People / Gay Pirate intonation that is inherent with that label :-)
Thanks again for all the responses. The encouragement against selling the Speedy, for the most part, has been meaningful and appreciated. My other cash raising ideas have started gathering positive results and hopefully will continue to do so. I've a garage and several closets full of stuff I've been holding on to for 'no apparent reason' and have been listing them on Craigslist and E-Bay with great results.
