I've pondered that well-used phraseology most of my life. Specifically was it quantified by a trained medical professional, an ornery supervisor or simply a casual seat of the pants observation ? Is it a singular measurement or better yet, a group average? If the latter, did the test takers validate the numbers statistically and if so what was the standard deviation? I know well driller or two. Maybe I'll ask them, then again maybe I won't.
