No, I wasn't wearing a helmet (lesson number two), my face hit the window instead of the metal, so that's pretty much the only reason I'm alive. I definitely hurt for a few weeks, but nothing was broken, and I didn't have a concussion or anything. Thanks for the kind words all of you.
