I don't know if its just me, or all colorblind people, or all people in general, but I learned a harsh lesson about sunset light reflecting off of stoplights. Even if it looks green, its probably better to slow down.

Ouch, I can feel your pain just looking at the first photo. I don't think I've ever seen a snapped fork tube before; hopefully you went and got your noggin checked out just to insure there was no hidden damage. I guess you're on the books now for some front end mods, eh?
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright (1876 - 1944)

Looks like that's gonna hurt in the morning. So glad you survived. Were you wearing a helmet ?
Take it easy and get yourself checked over.
If you do it today you MIGHT regret it. If you CAN'T do it tomorrow you WILL regret it.

Delayed response here! No, I wasn't wearing a helmet (lesson number two), my face hit the window instead of the metal, so that's pretty much the only reason I'm alive. I definitely hurt for a few weeks, but nothing was broken, and I didn't have a concussion or anything. Thanks for the kind words all of you. Harsh lesson number three was about getting insurance to pay out And whoever mentioned the deviantart page... haha, I hadn't looked at that in about 5 years. I'm glad you said something, that artwork was pretty bad!
