It's funny I didn't see any cell phones, lunch, newspapers, etc flying when he hit the door. Wonder why he didn't bother to look what's going in front of him.

Now, if there ONE THING they teach ya at those motorcycle training courses, it's the dire consequences of TARGET FIXATION!!!
(that boy must'a slept through that part of the course...either THAT or he must p*ssed off his Garage Genie somewhere along the line)

Reminds me of when I was a kid riding an unfamiliar horse who wanted to go into the barn...

That's the dumbest and funniest thing i've seen in ages... Except when I directed a truck back and it smashed my arm between it and a house 8 weeks ago...

Similar but much worse thing happened to one of my neighbors when I was a kid. He was out on his snowmobile riding through the fields like he had a thousand times before. He went to cross a stone row and caught an old fence wire in his throat. Killed him. Not decapitated or anything but dead none the less.

Okay, he (the video rider) didn't event try to duck...what's up with that? Anyway, I'll bet it left a mark.

You couldn't really see it at all it was a single wire like used for an electric fence. I went down on my dirt bike to see where it happened. I used to ride through there myself lucky just not in that same spot.

Wow! Growing up, I was been picked off of dirt bikes and snowmobiles alike by branches that fell across familiar (overly familiar) trails. (never a fence wire thankfully)

I had another friend who also caught a fence wire in the throat sledding. He has kind of a froggy voice from it. Sounds like froggy from the little rascals.Well a friend, the first guy was much older than me and I didn't really know him except by sight.

Um.... I can see (unintentional pun) running into a wire...but the garage door?
Wonder if there's a good way to put wire strike protection on the bike?

I wanna know why it was filmed in the first place. Had to be staged like some jackass thing. Who thinks "OOH OOH, Take a video of me leaving the garage!!!"

Wow, a friend of mine did the same thing but was a bit luckier. Caught an old wire fence with her helmet, not throat, but ripped her right off the snowmobile, and she spent about 4 weeks in a coma. Yep, Illinois and the Midwest are great for wide open fields to snowmobile in, but those wire fences are a killer, literally!

Deon, From the height and angle (shot of both incoming and outgoing) and the fact that it's black and white.. and it really looks like some kind of public garage... I would guess it's a security camera
