When someone is trading in a sickle and they get low balled they might consider selling it themselves for more than the low ball price and still feel like they got more than they would have. Thus everyone is happy. A man has a sickle to sell then make a offer? Lots of bikes at high FAIR prices. See if you can get the owner the cash he needs in trade for the bike you could ride.
