I just had a new tyre fitted to the front. I hadn't wore the tyre in. I had to anchor the brakes at a round-a-bout. The front went from under me like I was on ice. (the road was dry).
Damage to bike:
Front fender cracked, just needs chopping down a bit.
Clutch lever scratched
Left wing mirror scratched
Left footpeg snapped off
The bars that hold the forward controls is bent.
Small dint in exhaust.
Side stand bent under slightly.
Apart from a nicely bruised hand and pride... I'm ok
