Heya, folks --
So, I'm sure that everyone hates the stock rubber speedo cable loop thingie on the front fender. Yes, mine's broken too. The question is:
While I know newspeedmaster.com has replacements, they're, um, a bit on the pricey side ($50 plus shipping). If that's what they cost, so be it, but I'd really like to hear some other people's takes on what to do about this stupid little design flaw.
I'm told that other similar gizmos for other metric bikes will fit, but... suggetions? Better yet, part numbers?
