Phillip, you may want to look into Custom Hot rod shops there in Californica. They should be able to help you with the small custom ideas you have for your bike. Don't think you are limited to bike shops. Paint and cutting your bike is basically bodywork. Any body man worth his salt should be able to help you accomplish these customizations. Check all automotive custom shops. But be choosey.
