I'm thinking of buying a used Memphis Shade for $180. The pictures look good but he says I'll need to remove the upper fork shrouds to make it fit. What's it look like under there? Has anyone done that? Is 180 a good deal for a used 21" Memphis Shade? Being a cheapskate is so much work

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told.
