Well my setup is: 05 TBA, Thunderbike pipes, Unifilter, snorkles removed, 132 main jets and 42 Pilot jets, 1 shim. Now when I check my plugs they still look lean (very light gray /White) My question is should I add another shim or goto 45 pilot jets and 135 main Jets?? I'm told the 05's have 42 pilot jets is this correct?

How far out are your mixture screws. I have almost the same setup 05 TBA Mulberry/Silver, Thunder Bike pipes, Uni Filter, 130 Jet's, TBS needles, Snorkles Removed. Im at 3 1/2 turns out. My needles are the only difference and no shims

one thing at a time iceman, try the jets first.

Might want to start with fresh plugs and run it for a little bit at each throttle position and check it after you have run each for a bit to find where you are lean. Dyno is an easier better way to determine that but also more expensive. ALWAYS 1 thing at a time to determine what that 1 change did. If you change more than 1 thing and still have a problem you won't know if 1 change was good or bad.

Though I would agree with Pat to try jets first(he knows alot more about these bikes than I do), I would think adding a shim would be the cheapest and easyest to try first. According to the calculator ,it would richen it up maybe just enough

Just another variable to throw in why not try TBS neddles no shims worked great for me right across the rev range
