Are you saying that the MTB-109 weighed the same as a duck? Who are you Sir that you are so wise in the ways of science?

I'm booked in the wednesday and looking at routes - leaving ottawa April 26 after the snowiest winter in 30 years should be interesting.

went to have a sit down meditation on Blue this afternoon.
got her all choked up, turned over and i settled myself in
the seat pointed slighlty west and south.

asked her if she knows where she's going in x# of days.

something in the thundering hum of her mantra said, georgiageorgiageorgiaicanseethemountainsnow...

even on cold windy winter days
a good fix of mind and heart can come
from a still moment in the garage
with Blue running her little motor off.

Concord is sitting on his artificial grass carpet bed under his fitted sheet with a heater above and below wondering why I have neglected him for so long. He heard tales of Georgia in the springtime which no doubt eased his heart as he settled in for his winter nap.

Now I have to break the news to him that it just isn't meant to be. He will not get to feel his tires against the New River Gorge Bridge or inhale the air of the mountains along the Blue Ridge Parkway.... He won't get to meet up with his brethren and share musings from the asphalt, and he won't get to hear mert sing...

Hopefully, he'll forgive me, and hopefully, I'll make it up to him somehow, someday........

"Frog" is on the jack, both wheels off, seat off, tank off, all fuses out, battery on trickle, cables hanging and being lubed, chain cleaned and lubed, waiting on $8 per quart Mobil 1 "V-twin" synthetic and filter from Wal-Mart, and new front and rear tires to arrive (Dunlop 404's for $139 delivered for front AND rear)...Kimmy's bike ready, waiting and gleeming at me when Im not looking, wondering when her turn is gonna be....all she's getting is an oil change, and trust me, Kimmy won't be doing it...

104, mert, it was 104.

Hope all is well with you.

Just so you know, I was ready for any number of CB radio based clues, or the aforementioned Rutherfordium, or NRA (Charlton Heston), or the Crimean War, or even the launch of Sputnik.
