Cool memories there Pete.. taken by the guy with the big Honda right? We handed him 5 cameras.. and he managed a pic with every one.

Good to see that old gang again.... and yes that was a good day. Well ..except for.. well, you know.

40 Celcius was 104...
Yesterday was Pan AM 103 then.

As for today, 102 floors in the Empire State Building. Funny enough, I will be there next weekend for a get away with my lovely wife of 20 + years.

102 it is.

Some of us were missing it a little...

Yeah, that was a couple hours pre-wreck. I know Trumpy's wife took those pics and I'm pretty sure that was on that fateful Saturday... Wait a minute, that must have been on the Friday because I'm wearing my backpack in the pic. When I went down I didn't have my backpack on because I didn't need to tote anything around with me.

I don't know if anyone else saw this but it's the cover of the DVD that member Hasse produced at the 2007 Euro Rally. The Awards ceremony part is particularly good because you get to see the people individually (and hey, it's awards - right?).

I don't have a videocam but if somebody brought one to Georgia we could do at least the awards and maybe a ride video - I would undertake to get the DVD made.

Scrabble the boardgame was invented in 1948 by Alfred Butts, but earlier forms were called "Criss-Cross Words" and "Lexico" and were produced as early as 1938. To assign point values to each letter Butts studied the New York Times and counted the frequency of the 26 letters of the alphabet.

Each Scrabble set contains 100 tiles and a board comprising 225 squares to place them on.

100 and counting!!!

You know it. Google and / or wikipedia are the keys to my countdown success. Along with a couple of this day in history sites. But alas, it is not about the information. It is all about the slow march of cold days til that spring event.

I get dizzy trying to keep up with this thread. Anyways, looking at this photo and recalling to mind those 2004 days of lore, I seem to remember something about yeast samples and UPS. Speaking of, doesn't he look devilish with his horns? Ah, Greg. I laughed myself to death in Oklahoma City this past August as you told me about THE purchase of your once clayed and most well traveled/tweaked speedy. A speedy that is no stranger to pushups. And who is that boy from South Carolina, yes the recently reinstated Connecticut Yankee? Not to be confused with the Englishyankee who lives in Dixieland. I see a photographer between them who likes to be in Brownsville, TX during September. That be Ben off of the Connecticut Yankee's left shoulder. Ben and Tamara. Hey y’all! Y’all want some nanna pudding and tater salad? I promise not to drink so much at Deal’s Gap.

Robert is off of the dinq's right shoulder, Dave the one armed bandit between Pat and Chy. The Cherohala Skyway. Ahhh.
