Believe it or not...
For sailing, (both a windy and wet sport), I use a Henri Lloyd Top, and it works great for motorcycles, too! It is a very thin, washable, breathable and absolutley windproof. The only thing is not totally waterproof.
For $69, you can't beat it for Florida..
