Nope, not that I've been able to find Benny. Windproof, waterproof, breathable AND lightweight? It ain't happenin' here in the US of A.
I've got some Under Armour for cold that I wore last fall/winter/spring. It's great for running in the cold, but I need something that's windproof too, because that's the killer on the bike. None of the REI type stuff is windproof either and anything that is will not fit UNDER clothes - it's all outer wear.
Waterproof on top of everything else is a bonus.
If anyone knows of anything else that does the same thing, I'd be glad to hear it.
