Sorry, I haven't used the Oxford stuff but tried some 'Cold Killers' glove liners.
I know people who love 'em - I think they were a crock!
No warmer than a freebie pair given away with a mag last year!!
Cold Killers do all sorts of under garment (alleged) cold barriers!
