Don't mean to sound stoopid, but what are "cagers"? I've seen the word in a number of posts but haven't figured out what it means.

Those who are confined to a cage (sitting inside a vehicle) to travel. As with any cage, that confinement results in severe boredom so they start doing other things like playing with their toy telephones, reading the news, texting, etc instead of looking out the windows to see where they are going.

Got one here in Brisbane, but he is missing his RH side mirror & a dent in his drivers side door - courtesy of yours truely - maybe he'll think twice in future when he tries to run a rider off the road.
