My favorite movies.

Fever Pitch (the original UK version, love this movie)
Highlander
The Italian Job, (again the original with Micheal Cane) although the remake wasn't bad.
Grand Prix
Le Mans, (but i think Grand Prix is a better movie)
Cars - the childrens movie, brilliant.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (dont laugh, i love this movie)

there are others but i cant think of them now.

Took my 8 year old to see The Golden Compass last Friday and that was pretty good. A kids movie but still pretty good.

Took my 15 year old to see I am Legend on Monday. That was very good. Very dark but still a great movie.

But the best of the lot was Derailled with Jennifer Aniston and Clive Owen which I watched on DVD. It's a couple of years old but if you haven't seen it, it's worth seeing.

Obviously, The World's Fastest Indian. Bound (Gina Gershon/Meg Tilly) great movie-must see. Prey For Rock and Roll (Gina Gershon). You can never have too much Gina Gershon.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Bound...

Two hot women screwing over Joey Pants. Hmmm, that sentence can definitely be read two different ways, but what the heck, I'm runnin' with it.

Big Trouble in Little China

Kim Cattrel in the 80's
Kim Cattrel now

Recently watched....
The hills have eyes(2006) sucked.
Turista - decent for being a cheesy horror flick.
I am legend - only thing I have seen on the big screen in a while - definately worth the 8 bucks!
The last king of Scotland -just OK.

The Hills Have Eyes was a huge disappointment to me too. I just saw Hostel 2 that was fair at best. Gonna watch Jackass 2.5 in the next day or so, I liked the first 2 so we will see.

I recently watched "Seige" again on DVD. Its a pre-911 Islamic terrorists bombing New York City plot. I thought it was very prophetic when I first watched it years ago. After 911 I remembered having seen it.

I can't remember the name of the movie , maybe some can help me out. It's a Robert Redford movie set in prison (Not Burbaker ,also a good one) But this is set in a military prisoin. He is a prisoner and was a general. The warden is the guy from the Sapranos. He sort of leads an up rising against the brutal warden. It is a fairly new flick.

EDIT: As I clicked submit it sort of came to me, it's called Last Castle or something like that. Very cool movie.

Awesome movie. It ends four times in the last five minutes. it's not over until the credits roll.

Can't remember if it got mentioned in here yet, just saw "3:10 to Yuma" this weekend. DARN good movie! Not your typical western, while being very much a western, if that makes any sense.
Didn't expect the ending, but it felt right. And great acting, but I've come to expect that from Christian Bale especially.

I recently watche "True Grit" with John Wayne again. I found it on an old VHS I had recorded from a local station back in 98. That is a good movie.
