A lot of people from this site ( me included) have gone for saddlemen jumbo drifter slant bags when using easy-brackets.

I used to have a set of Willie & Max throwover bags which were huge, and I have to say that the Saddlemen were a bit of a disappointment in comparison. Another slightly irritating thing is that the angle of the slant/shape of the bag can make packing them a bit of a chore until you work out where everything goes. Good luck in your search.
