I posted directions for the gel insert long ago, it works best if finished off with memory foam over the gel. Also best way to cut the foam is with an electric carving knife and only remove a small amount at a time. Easier to keep even and removing a small amount at a time keeps you from cutting too deep.Once its close finish it with a surface prep pad until smooth. same goes for after the foam is done, smooth it out with a surface prep pad. Best to mark the seat covering and pan with a marker to make it easier to line up for re-installation.
