I saved myself a bunch of money by working with a friend to shave off a couple of inches of foam from my stock America seat and then drop in a gel insert into a hollow made in the foam. We did it a bit at a time and custom fit a nice little bucket for my derriere. Perfect and comfy! Initially I re-used the stock seat cover (it's very stretchy) while waiting for my friend to make me a leather cover for the seat....You might be able to find a custom car and MC upholstery shop to do something similar?
