Corbin's are kinda hard, but they have to break in to the rider. That takes about 2000 miles then they fit your butt and are quite comfortable. Sitting on someone else's won't tell you much 'cause it fits their butt.
My Corbin only has about 500 miles since I put it on and it's breaking in nicely, supports the tail bone area better too.
