I second the advice about getting the right length. I paid only $65.00 US smackers for mine a year ago and they are holding up well.
I use them only on cold mornings. A decent pair of heavy jeans or pants with long johns under and the chaps over does a yeoman job of keeping that cold azz breeze off your legs.
I got buffalo tan which I like as most every other rider you see is wearing black chaps. the tan ones break in nice and show the wear ....make you look a little less a RUB.
