Looks good to me. The decal shop must be ametuers. Those wrinkles won't go away by themself, I know, I installed thousands of decals on semi-trailers and trucks over 7 years that I worked at a decal shop. The problem is flatening a flat decal over a surface that is curved. If you have a wrinkle, a low application of heat might "shrink" it to almost nothing, but I assume they already did that.
