yea, what they all said, very easy to adjust the linkage. I have two different type boots, I change the adjustment n about 3 minutes if I need to wear the big bulky totally waterproof Herman Survivors.(a good 1"+ taller in the toe than my other boots) Easy enough to swap back for the Timberlands when I get home.
