This guy might need a course in simple electrical theory.. Or maybe advise from an osha guy? hmmm... Let's see, water in a smimming pool, a metal ladder, he's wet and barefoot, and drilling with an electric drill?  Whoaaa.. nellie!!

That's exactly what I was thinking Dog33, don't worry bout the car jacks, it's the MIG welding around or on the fuel tank that makes this picture scarey
