Yep - Paula thanks for passing that on -sometimes I foreget as I am mostly surrounded by 'youngins' - hitting 44 this month didn't really bother me, just the aches and pains and someone telling me that was old age creeping up! bah humbug to that! I have too much bike riding and exploring left to do to be old! And it was my mother that taught me about eating dessert FIRST, then dinner - quite some time ago!
So go and enjoy life - ride your bike - keep your knees in the breeze - and HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!
